I’m Brandon Douglas, MA, LCPC, CFRC, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified First Responder Counselor based in Bourbonnais, IL. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with teens (13+) and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship conflicts, grief, and other life transitions.
I also have a special passion for supporting first responders and their families, who often face unique stressors and emotional challenges in both work and personal life.
My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I combine evidence-based techniques – such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy – with compassion and genuine connection. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take steps toward lasting change.
